The Beginning of the Journey

🔹 Inspired by an interview with Uri Levine (founder of Waze), we understood that the secret to success is solving real market problems.
🔹 We identified a common problem: candidates struggling to stand out and companies facing challenges in talent selection.
🔹 Solution: We created the first version of the Interactive Resume, an innovative digital model to increase the visibility of professionals.

🔹 Partnerships with city halls and public agencies strengthened our presence in the government sector.
🔹 We became recognized as a Govtech for Employment, using technology to contribute to public employability policies.

Expansion into the Private Market and AI in Recruitment

🔹 Launch of the Hirenow360/Emprega Digital Platform → We created a solution aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, enabling agile and efficient hiring. The platform uses behavioral analysis and geolocation to connect talent with the right jobs.
